Way too often, community engagement is just a checkbox for decisions made in Atlanta.

How do we go beyond representation and build true community voice, support, and accountability into our city's formal processes? If community engagement in Atlanta worked to its fullest potential, what would it look like?

The Center for Civic Innovation —a nonpartisan, nonprofit organization in Atlanta focused on ending inequality— is hosting three community sessions to gain input on recommendations to improve community engagement in our city. We are prioritizing our engagement efforts on South and Westside Atlanta residents, given the impact of inequality in these often historic neighborhoods.

Please sign up below to join us for one of the sessions.

NOTE: All sessions will be virtual. You will receive a Zoom link via email in advance of the event.
